What is the philosophy of Workings of Mind?
Mind is the Builder, and Physical is the Result
As humans, we are just beginning to understand the connection between our thoughts and the external environment. All physical reality is made up of vibrations of energy. Our thoughts are vibrations of energy. This is not a theory, but rather the startling new reality that quantum physics has revealed to us. Our thoughts have a powerful influence; they affect what happens to us.
The concept of “Mind over Matter” has been around many centuries. After decades of research, many experts have come to the conclusion that the Mind is a powerful tool that can be harnessed to accomplish almost anything. This is the core philosophy and concept of Workings of the Mind.
While in hypnosis, where the body is relaxed and the mind is focused and alert, one is able to tap into the unlimited power of the subconscious mind.
We all face problems in our daily lives and many of these problems are the result of various patterns of negative behavior. We are acting or reacting to the influences of our subconscious mind. This is why in order to create any change in our lives, we have to tap into the subconscious mind to change those negative patterns. Hypnosis allows for the easy access to the subconscious.

1. Without realizing it, the conscious mind and unconscious desires sometimes work against each other, pushing in opposite directions.
2. This results in a lot of effort but no accomplishment. The will to succeed is stuck. Sadly, your goals and desires may not be congruent with your words and actions.
3. Using self-hypnosis you can synchronize your (known) conscious purpose with your subconscious (hidden) patterns.
4. As your conscious ideals and subconscious desires unify to work together, pushing and building in the same direction, there is no limit to what you can do.
In order to change external conditions, you must first change the internal subconscious mind. When we try to change external conditions by working directly on those conditions, this always proves futile, or at best temporary, unless it is accompanied by a change of thoughts and beliefs. Awakening to this truth, the way to a better, more successful life becomes crystal clear. Train your conscious mind to think thoughts of success, happiness, health, prosperity, and to weed out negativity such as fear and worry. Keep your conscious mind busy with the expectation of the best, and make sure the thoughts you habitually think are based upon what you want to see happen in your life.
