My name is Robin Sarli. I started this practice to help empower individuals to tap into their innate power to heal themselves. I have found, it is more often our self-limiting beliefs that blocks us from achieving our dreams. In my journey through life, I have been studying and experiencing the power of the mind through meditation and healing for over 30 years. My mantra is Helping you… Help yourself.
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist working in the New York City. Area. As a graduate of The Hunter School of Social Work my focus was primarily in clinical psychotherapy. My training now has expanded to include Integrative Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, Life Coaching, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
These skills, provide me with a variety of powerful and innovative tools to help clients access the resources they need to be successful.
As a hypnotherapist and coach, I specialize in stress management and believe in teaching stress management to all new clients, no matter what the goal. It is proven that stress plays a major role in compulsive behaviors such as smoking and overeating and the various illnesses attributed to or exacerbated by stress. When one’s ability to deal with stress is addressed, many other issues become manageable or non-existent. The good news is that emotions can easily be influenced by suggestions … hypnosis is effective with calming the body and the mind.
I see clients with a variety of complaints such as: anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, performance anxiety, abuse, depression, motivation, issues with weight loss, smoking cessation just to name a few.
As a licensed health-care professional, I combine multiple modalities as needed, such as Hypnosis, EFT, ART or NLP to help anchor in positive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can be self-activated after a session.
Hypnosis helps you take control of thoughts and emotions, and thereby better handle the influences of the outside world.
