Many people are surprised to learn that hypnosis is something they’ve been experiencing their whole lives without realizing it.

How will I know I am hypnotized?
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone changes differently, but 3 sessions is the average (with chronic issues often taking longer), and I’ll be able to give you a personalized recommendation after your first session.
Can you do sessions over Skype?
Absolutely! If you aren’t able to meet with me in person, Skype is an equally effective alternative. You just need to have a place where you can relax comfortably and not be interrupted.
